As both an LPC and a Certified Trauma Professional, I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, quiet the noise of anxiety, navigate depression, and find practical, brain-friendly strategies for ADHD. My goal is to use my years of experience to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can process the past, manage the present, and build a life that feels genuinely yours.
